CryoBoost is ESR's active cooling system built into the charger itself. A quiet fan and a heat-conductive plate pull heat away from the phone while it charges, so the phone does not throttle charging speed to protect its battery. In practice it means a Qi2 25W charger holds its peak rate for longer instead of dropping to a trickle after ten minutes.

Yes. ESR makes cases for Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel, and its Qi2 chargers work with any Qi2-certified Android phone. Android phones without built-in magnets need a magnetic ring or a HaloLock-compatible case to snap on — they will still charge, just without the automatic alignment.
ESR offers a limited manufacturer warranty on products bought through its official store and authorised retailers, plus lifetime support on select screen protectors. ESR enforces a zero-tolerance policy on unauthorised sellers, so a cheaper marketplace listing frequently means no warranty and no support.
